PDN~ABAP~henogenpdn_PDN_00: Errors in ABAP System Log

-          The incident is about logs issue.

-          We check the Syslem Logs and found.

-          We check the DBACOCKPIT and see it cannot load.

“Error loading database manager configuration db2”

-          We also check the db2diag.log to see the message. The message indicate the cause that the DB2 was locked

-          We check the top command to see the top process and found the memory is low.

-          We check the up time of the host and found that the server has been started 349 days.

-          We recommend to restart the host (OS) and SAP.

-          When the reboot server request approve, we plan the restart the OS asn SAP DB2.

Before the restart we should check cleanipc to clean the shared memory, loaded memory and so on. For the resource unclean we should remove manually to make sure the smooth restart.

-          After reboot the server, we check the server status.

-          We check the instance task and see it is available.

-          Check the top process to see the memory.
